Paycom: Benefits Dashboard
This dashboard allows you to perform functions such as:
- View benefits guides and webinars for company benefit offerings.
- Manage beneficiary information for life insurance coverages.
- Enroll in (for newly eligible – 30-day enrollment window) or change benefits information if related to life events such as marriage, birth, divorce, etc. (30-day enrollment window)
- Review summaries, registration instruction documents for carrier portals, and plan documents for company benefit offerings.

- Remember, just adding them to the site does not mean you are adding them to the benefits coverage. You will select which dependent you wish to enroll on each coverage option. You will also need to provide proof documents for new dependents.
