2026 Open Enrollment

Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during Open Enrollment will remain in effect January 1 – December 31, 2026 unless you experience a qualified change in status (such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).

Do I Need to Enroll?

This year, Open Enrollment is passive. For most benefits, you do not need to take action if you do not want to make any changes to your current benefit elections. NOTE: To participate in the HSA or FSAs, you must enroll or re-enroll annually.

How to Enroll

You can complete your enrollment online through your company’s HR system. Simply log in to your enrollment portal, review your benefit options, and submit your elections before the deadline. If you have trouble accessing your account or need help with the process, reach out to your HR or Benefits team for assistance.

Actions You May Take During Open Enrollment

  • Change your current coverage
  • Enroll in coverage you do not currently have
  • Add or drop a dependent
  • Enroll or change your FSA or HSA election Please Note: Your elections do not roll over from year to year. To participate, you must enroll or re-enroll annually.

Eligible Dependents

Benefits coverage for full-time employees begins on the first day of the following month after 30 days of full-time employment, and you have 31 days to elect your benefits or make changes after a Qualified Life Event.

When you enroll yourself in medical, dental, and/ or vision coverage, you may also cover your eligible dependents, including:

  • Your legal spouse or qualified domestic partner
  • Children under the age of 26, regardless of student, dependency or marital status
  • Children named in a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO)
  • Children who are past the age of 26 and are fully dependent on you for support due to a mental or physical disability and who are indicated as such on your federal tax return

Making Changes After Open Enrollment

After Open Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefits and will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment—unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (such as marriage, birth, or loss of coverage).
